Our Story
VEHARA Mobility was founded in Hyderabad by Madhusudhan Tirumala and N. Srinivas, combining decades of experience in corporate mobility, car rentals, operations, finance, business development and client management.
Madhusudhan brings 25 years of experience, including ORIX Corporation India Limited, Cox & Kings and MERU Cabs’ early Hyderabad launch. Srinivas brings 20+ years across corporate mobility, operations, finance, credit control and commercial management.
That experience shaped VEHARA as an enterprise mobility company built for businesses that need more than individual car bookings. VEHARA brings chauffeur-driven corporate travel under one accountable operating model, helping enterprises manage recurring, executive, airport, and event mobility with greater reliability, transparency and ownership.
Headquartered in Hyderabad, VEHARA is building a 36-city South India network across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, with the ambition to become a trusted enterprise mobility partner from requirement to completion.

Their combined experience supports VEHARA’s aim to build a more reliable, transparent and accountable enterprise mobility standard.
Co-Founder & CEO
Madhusudhan Tirumala brings 25 years of experience across corporate mobility, travel services, business development, corporate relations and on-ground transportation operations. His career includes 10 years with ORIX Corporation India Limited, four years with Cox & Kings, and early-stage mobility experience as the third employee of MERU Cabs in Hyderabad during its launch phase.
At VEHARA, Madhusudhan leads the company’s business vision, growth strategy, corporate relationships and customer experience. His approach combines commercial understanding with operational insight, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and a mobility organisation grounded in trust, responsiveness and accountability.
His leadership supports VEHARA’s broader purpose: reducing the operational burden of mobility for enterprises and building a service experience businesses can rely on.
Co-Founder & COO
Srinivas brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate mobility and car rental services, developed primarily through his association with ORIX Corporation India Limited. His expertise spans operations management, finance and accounts, credit control, commercial coordination and client relationship management.
At VEHARA, Srinivas oversees the operational and commercial discipline required to translate the company’s mobility promise into consistent service delivery. His experience gives him a practical understanding of how transportation requirements, billing, coordination and client expectations need to work together.
His role closely reflects VEHARA’s values of Reliability, Transparency and Own the Outcome ensuring that mobility is managed with structure, financial clarity and clear accountability.
